Mr. Sumesh, the founder & CEO of Avengersoft. He has rich experience of 17 years in project management, Business Analysis & Development.

He served many leading companies like UST Global, Essar, L&T, Aptech, Pricol, iSmart Business solutions etc. With incorporation of Avengersoft in 2010, he started his journey of Entrepreneurship. The company is officially incorporated in 2012. With short span of time, the business grown across India and in foreign countries like UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Sri Lanka, Nepal etc. In 2018, Avengersoft became a part of Carnival group.

Mr. Sumesh is a domain expert who has conducted many studies in dental organizations and successfully implemented dental practice management software. His expertise includes Business analysis, Software design, Software tester, Dental software implementation, Dental staff training, Business management, Sales and Marketing etc.

He has served fortune 100 companies like IBM, DELL EMC, HP in various roles during the past 2 decades across North America serving major Healthcare delivery organizations, Insurances, Dental Office Providers, etc. He has worked with many dentists and dental offices providing IT solutions and have participated in Industry events like GNY Dental for many years in the past.

An expert in Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, Business, Delivery & Project Management in Cloud, IoT, Data Security, Compliance and Regulations.Proven leadership in Business Development, Team building, Planning, Strategy and Operations of various business entities in Information Technology. Has deep expertise in Dental, Medical, Healthcare Delivery, Hospital Information Systems with HIPAA, SOC2, SOX, GDPR compliance need to meet organizational needs in information technology infrastructure, platform, and software. He is an Electronics Engineer by profession with a Business Management Degree from WGU, USA. He lives in the USA with his family for the past 2 decades and enjoys providing solutions to business challenges using IT.

Mr. Sasi Menon, Director in Carnival Group , is now heading the Group’s Information Technology, as well as other business vertical of Automotive, Cloud IT.

Graduate (Mathematics) with an MBA(Marketing & Business Finance) have an experience of 24 years in Automotive and Petroleum sector, with over 16 years in global energy major and Fortune 500 topper company. Have handled diverse portfolios starting from Territory Sales, Regional & National Sales positions, Distributor Business Channel Development & Optimisation, ERP Roll Out, Organisational Restructuring and Training.
