Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team, specializing in Institutional Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with dental colleges, managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing the deal. Your primary objective will be to expand our market presence by selling our advanced Dental College Management Software to educational institutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferablywith institutions and or software.
- Education: Any Masters/Bachelor’s degree preferably inBusiness, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the dental education or healthcare technology industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex software solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and build relationships with academic institutions.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
